Return Process

  Log into your STB.co.uk account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Package the Goods

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
